Ayurvedic Medicine

Frequent urination is seen in fissure due to the close proximity of the anal muscle and bladder sphincter. The delay in the healing of the fissure may irritate the bladder sphincter causing symptoms. So please take the following advised medicines and review after a week. A warm sitz bath and kegel's exercise will be beneficial.

Ayurvedic medicines like Chiruvilvadi Kvath - 15ml with 60ml of warm water before food twice daily, Divya Chandraprabha Vati and Dasamoola haritaki lehyam- 2tsp at bedtime can be taken and reviewed after a month. Arshonyt Ointment can be used to apply externally.

Include prunes, figs, fiber, turmeric, yam, cumin, flax seeds, raisins and complex carbohydrates. Reduce excess oil, spicy foods, canned foods, refined flour, sugar, cold refrigerated foods and salt. Yogasanas like Navasana, Marjaryasana, Utkadasana, Halasana, Bhujangasana, Padahasthasana, Vajrasana, Padmasana, Pavanmuktasana and Trikonasana are beneficial.
