Mouth Ulcers can come due to the excess heat in the system. It even reflects the overproduction of acid in the stomach and so indigestion. It gets worsened with stress. Also it can come due to less immunity and few gum diseases.

So first line of treatment is to make necessary changes in the diet as to avoid spicy , oily, fried ,items. Drink cold milk everyday.Preferably avoid smoking tea, coffee ,alcohol and other beverages and sour items . Smear plain ghee around the boils. For quick healing purpose, you better gargle one teaspoon of honey which is good home remedy.

And have a 1 tsp of honey mixed with water and have it regularly.Practice yoga and meditation regularly.Drink lot of water a day which will hydrate your system and prevents further eruptions.

Mouth ulcers happen mainly due to acidity. In your case it is primarily the food habit which is seen responsible for this condition. Firstly, you have to take food at the right time and quantity. This step taken by you is the initial line of treatment.

Secondly it is seen that stress is a factor which can increase acidity to a very great extend. In such cases it is suitable to practice pranayama and meditation. These techniques can be learned from a trained yoga master. If not possible, you can go for a walk ranging between 20 to 60 minutes everyday. This too is found very much helpful in healing acidity thereby preventing mouth ulcers.

You can consume ayurvedic medicines as well for a period of 1 or 2 months. This will easily help resolve the issue. Here are a few medicines which can help you.

  • Indukantham ghritham - This medicated ghee shall be taken at a dosage of 1 tsp twice daily. It shall preferably be taken after meals.

  • Guloochyadi kashayam tab - This tab shall be taken ata dosage of 2 tab twice daily an hour before food.

  • Drink good quantity of water. Avoid spicy foods as much as possible. Always begin a day with sweet foods.

There are several other reasons too which can cause mouth ulcer, but acidity is discussed here as it is seen to be the prime reason in majority patients.
