Cronic kidney failure

Serrun creatine of my wife is increased to 5.1 whereas suger level is normal blood pressure is generally measured 150/90 which is without any medicine. She has reduced her appetite. God blessings flow of urine is still normal. Her Homoglobine level is 7.6 and calcium level is also 6. I have been advised by some one to use wheatgrass juice. Please advice whether wheatgrass juice is useful for her to increase homoglobine and calcium and also to recover kidney.

Myage is 35yrs.Iam suffered with ckd failure.Cr-14, Ur-141,Hb-6.5,and Dialysis is taken twotimes/week.So please inform me whether it is possible or not to recover in yourayurvedic treatment.
