नमस्कार सर मेरा नाम प्रशांत हैं। मैं 21 वर्ष का हू मै 7-8 साल से चश्मा लगा रहा हूं। जोकि 2,2.25 से 2.75 हो गया है जिसके कारण मेरी आंखों व सर में दर्द रहता है और ज्यादा तर सर के पिछले हिस्से मे रहता है कृपया सुझाव व परामर्श बताये।

You seems to have migraine problem so there are few suggestions for you:-

  1. You need to do breathing exercises whenever you have headache / migraine and also do it every morning and in evening. Take deep breathes in the set of 20 - 15 - 10 - 5 in total 50. Give break of 15 seconds between every set.

  2. Check your glasses number if it is correct? this could be the reason for migraine as well.

  3. Watch very less TV, Mobile etc.

  4. Divya Medha vati will also help in your headache problem.
