Ayurvedic Medicine

Ayurveda mentions Agni or the digestive fire as the important factor for a healthy digeston. When it is impaired, it results in acidity hindering the nourishment of the dhathus. It causes symptoms like loose bowels, heaviness, loss of appetite, weight loss and also emotional problems like anger or agitation. So in your case, the digestion has to be corrected to ensure proper absorption and assimilation. You can continue with the medicines you are taking and please let me know after you finish it.

Medicines like Ajamamsa Rasayanam - 1tsp before food twice daily can be taken for 3months after your digestive problems have been corrected. It will help to gain weight.

Include coriander, mint, ginger, turmeric, asafoetida. Reduce carbonated beverages, hot, spicy and oily foods. Try to exercise or practise Yogasanas like Pavanamuktasana, Dhanurasana, Vajrasana, Paschimottasana, Savasana which will help to improve the digestion. Pranayamam and meditation will help to strengthen the mind which will help you to handle stress in a better way.

Hello,

You will gain weight once your stomach upset is corrected . You can continue the medicines that you are taking now . You will get complete cure once you follow proper diet and lifestyle along with the internal medications . Reduce intake of pickles , pappad ,excess spicy and sour food , baked items , carbonated drinks , coffee,lime juice . Avoid late night sleep .Try to have six small meals rather than three heavy meals . Have a light dinner and finish it before 8.00 pm as late night dinner will aggravate the gastric problem . If you have the habit of smoking , alcohol intake or pan usage come out of it . You can include pomegranate , banana , amla , guava , green gram , shallots , butter milk in diet . Do not skip a meal, especially breakfast . You should practice regular yoga and Pranayama to bring down your stress levels . Increased stress levels will cause stomach upset . You can take some therapies like Sirodhara for better concentration , good sleep and reduced stress levels .

I want to gain weight but i am suffering from stomach problem acidity low immunity. Gastric problem heavy ness in stomach passes loose stool sugesst me some thing i am taking bilwadi kupardak muktashukti muktapishti shankbasam gangadhar churan its get relief but i want total cure from all these things and my mind not working properly angery every time
