Ayurvedic Medicine

Liver patients should follow the advice below:-

  • Do pranayama regularly
  • Eat light food which can be digested by liver easily, so giving it more time to rebuild. Liver can generate in itself if permanent damange is not done.
  • Avoid alcohol and smoking if you do.
  • Take sarvakalp kwath and totla kwath which is very good for liver problems.
  • Share your LFT report with us
  • Eat fruits and seasonal vegetables.
  • Avoid fried, fatty and oily food completely.
  • Do not take stress.

Sir I am a patient of fatty liver and also irritable bowel syndrom.always i feel pain in right side stomuch and some times diareha also.My endoscopy and colonoscopy tests are normal.i am using liv d 38 from last one months ,digestion is better but i am now feeling pain in my right bottom of my leg(talva) in center position.kindly suggest.
