Dear sir,

I am 30year old. I have hypertension problem since 5-6 year , sometimes my bp goes 160-95 , 150-90 for 2-3 months, recently I had got admitted for heavy chest pain but all time all reports are normal, when it pain I feel very fear and my body starts shevring plz suggest me permanent medicine,

Hello,Hypertension is a condition which is very common these days. The medicines which will be helpful for you are:Gandharva hasthadi kashaya - Take 30ml of this with warm water two times before food. Take 2 tablets of Dhanwantharam gulika with the above mentioned kashaya two times daily. You can take Cardostab tablet -It is a very important medicine which can control your BP. Take 2 tablets of this morning and evening before food. Keep checking your BP regularly. You should take these medicines for at least 15days to get your value controlled. You need to reduce the salt intake, You have to avoid stress and anxiety. Intake of alcohol and smoking have to stopped and stay away from fat rich food and oily food. You need to do regular exercise at least for 30minutes daily. A stressful morning walk is also beneficial. Drink more water,Practicing Pranayama is also beneficial. Exercise and diet play a major role in controlling BP. You should avoid stress causing factors and sleep in correct time.
