Lose weight from stomach

I am 78 kgs... my height is 5'2" . I have got a big stomach due to post pregnancy and hence only my hip and stomach are big and the other parts are slimmer....

Should I take medohar vati medicines or what else for reducing the belly

Post pregnancy abdominal weight gain is a common problem faced especially after caesarian surgeries. It is due to the unhealthy eating, lack of exercise and the harmonal changes which deposit more fat in the abdomen. The visceral and the subcutaneous fat increases in the abdomen which makes it look bigger. Blaoting after eating also contributes to the problem.

Ayurvedic medicines like Divya Lohasava and Slimmer capsules for fat loss - 2capsules twice daily after food can be used for 3months and then reviewed.

Try to include complex carbohydrates, fiber, cinnamon, bittergourd, plantain stem, turmeric, drumstick, horsegram, honey, garlic, ginger and lemon. Hello Madam,

It is the common problem with the women of your age who have delivered children through C-section, that is tummy which of bloated feeling. Usually after C-section surgeries, there could be some disturbances in internal organs and usually there would be tendency to develop central weight gain. So, visceral fat and beneath the skin fats will be distributed in central portion that is on abdomen. It is easily possible to flatten the tummy by following Yoga Asans regularly where inch loss can be promoted such as Shalabhasana, Bhujangasana, Paschimottanasana, Hastapadasana, Veerabadrasana, Tolasana, Malasana, Setubandasana, Sarvangasana, Suryanamasakara are indicated which will definitely make your belly slim within 3 months provided if you practice regular Yogasanas. Along with Yogasanas, you need to regularly follow exercises which is also helpful in which you can follow aerobics where you can twist your tummy so that there will be reduction of fats in visceral fats and overall fats can also be reduced.

Following medicines would help you such as Oberid Capsules and Divya Medohar Vati which are helpful in your case. You can take one-one tablet twice daily after food and drink warm water. Try to be on fiber rich food and reduce fats consumption.

Hi Madam/Sir,

Iam 31 years old Married woman.i had undergone 2 Ceasarean operations.i have 2 kids,1 is 5 years and one is 3 years old.i have a tummy fat around my stomach whereas other parts are slimmer.my weight is 52kg.i have not done any exercise till now because of small children.
Is it possible to get flat tummy now?If yes plz tell me what should i do for that. I'll be very much grateful to u.Waiting for ur reply...

hello sir i am neha, my age 23year old i am 40kg and hight is 5'6 so how can i improve my weight as soon as possible i hv no any internal problem so i dnt knw why is happing i can't gain weight evn i took my meals prply thank you....

Sir i am 21yr old and had c-section 5 months ago but i still look 5 month pregnant and my belly is huge like pot am breast feeding mother weight 83 kg i have started taking divya medohar vati and aloevera-orange mix withlauki amla i want to knw whether it wil b helpful to get rid of my tumy and weight?plz reply

Generally, in post pregnancy, there is a tendency of weight gain which is quite common in females if they are not able to follow proper diet and lifestyle modifications and even general body massages after delivery, there may be chances of getting overweight, and belly, however there are other factors also to be considered along with weight gain. According to your given data, Your Body Mass Index (BMI) is 31.6 which shows that you are in obese category. So, you need to follow immense diet by cutting down the fats and oily foods, and try to follow split meals and small meals, however, you can maintain heavy breakfast in the mornings and cut down the quantity later. Since your weight gain is post pregnancy, it is better to follow proper diet and brisk walking and as you wish you can consume as Medohar Vati which his helpful and along with that you can also try consuming Triphala Guggulu.

After completing your breast feeding, you may undergo special treatment called Udwarthanam or called as powdered massage which is very helpful.
