Age 21 male Ravi sir I am taking Medha vati with saraswataristha 6 tablet a day and chyawanprash saffron but sir their positive effect is not notable . When I take chyawanprash there is some thing happen like I forget something .sir please give advise

As you mentioned that you do not find any chance while taking Saraswatharishtam along with other medicines. So, in your case, though Saraswatharishtam is good medication, you may need to follow some combination methods that will definitely helpful. Regarding Chyawana Prasha, you can consume it as Rasayana or Rejuvenator continuously and better not to expect any quick results as it takes time. Regarding Medha Vati, you can take two tablets daily with milk after dinner.

Just to modify your medication, you may start consuming Bramhi Ghrit one teaspoon early in the morning in empty stomach followed by warm water.

You can continue having Saraswatharishtam 30 ml daily along with Meda Vati two tablets along with Saraswatharishtam.

Ayurvedic medicines like Sarasvata aristam, Divya Medha Vati and Divya Chyawanprash with Saffron are generally advised for Psychological problems and they are classified as medya medicines which means it will increase the intellect. These medicines are commonly used and it must be used for 3months to see some changes. It is a psychological feeling which you experience after taking the medicines and it will slowly change when you exercise your mind. Memory must be improved by retrieving the new things learned, playing chess, eating healthy food and physical exercise. Include complex carbohydrates, spinach, garlic, turmeric, olive oil and fish. Avoid excess fat, oil, salt, sugar and refined flour. Yogasanas, Pranayamam, meditation can be practised which will improve the mental functions of the brain.
