Hello,

After attaining puberty and in teenage, there will changes in body and secondary sexual characteristics. Night falls or nocturnal emissions are one among those changes. Usually, most of the individuals tend to masturbate one or more times at their life time after attaining puberty and in few cases, if an individual is not doing masturbation, there will be excess production of semen in testes and on triggering, there will be chances of emissions of semen and usually it does happen in night times or when provoked. You can understand that this is a normal physical phenomenon, however, you can consume some ayurvedic medicines to maintain it and to prevent further related problems like low backache, and excess heat in body can be treated with medicines.Practice yoga and pranayama, and be on normal diet and prefer vegetarian food which is helpful.Following medicines are helpful, Nightfall Medicines, which contains Divya Mukta Pishti, Divya Giloy sat, Divya Trivanga Bhasm, Vanshlochan, Divya Vasantkusumakara Ras, Divya Chandraprabha vati are helpful.

With regards,Dr.Vijay.
