Hi doctor namaste. Meri srimati 48 barsa, dherai kam exercise garne, pahila pathar bhako le pitta thaili nikaleko ho. khasai thulo rog thiyena tara bich bich ma gastric ko samasya thiyo. Blood pressure 110/80. ek hapta pahila mahinawari bhako thiyo.

Ek hapta pahila diabetes dekhiyo. Fasting 239 ra PP 382 thiyo. Ek hapta dabai sewan garera pheri check garda glucose ko matra fasting 141 ra PP 202 dekhiyo. yo bhanda pahila kehi dekhiyeko thiyena. Hamilai thaha bhaye samma pariwar ya maiti tirakasai lai yo bimar theyena.

Sir, yo bimar thik garna K K garnu parchha kripaya sallah dinu hos. hami dherai chintit chham.
