Ayurvedic Medicine

Dear

You can start eating right by having luke warm meals and water only ,also consume only 2/3 of your capacity to eat ,it will ease out the pressure and also eat your meals properly chewed ,it will also help you gulp down food easily.

You may start with avipattikar churna, drakshavleha, mulethi, with khadiradi vati.

These will definitely help you heal ulcer and improve the condition.

best of luck
