As you are having thyroid complaint and you are nursing a baby, it is better to avoid Kanchanara Gugglu for 9 more months, and however you can consume Organic Shatavari which is helpful and however, if you have weight issues and any other problems, that can be managed symptomatically.

There are many other home remedies like consuming cabbage, onion, whole rice, strawberries, which are helpful and avoid white foods such as white sugar, white flour, greasy foods, preservative foods, caffeine and even alcohol. In order to avoid symptoms like depression, weakness, aching, exhaustion, forgetfulness and coldness, these diet measures are helpful.Following heavy breakfast is important, and reduce the lunch and dinner quantity. Try to avoid regular head bath which may cause discomfort.

Practicing yoga and pranayama is helpful however.

Avoid cold food items and spicy foods, or fried food items.
