Hello,

Ulcers that appear in mouth is mainly due to excess heat in the body, indigestion, vitamin deficiencies etc. This condition is also called as cancker sore or apthous ulcer if it is from long term.

These ulcers do occur if there is no proper digestion and no proper timings of food intake, this may happen. Hence after examining thoroughly, the line of treatment can be done. One has to follow proper balanced diet and try to consume fruits in excess and vegetables. Avoid spicy food and avoid sour food items. Try to consume plenty of water.Alternative therapies like ayurvedic medicines and siddha medicines, homeopathy medicine, these ulcers can be reduced. However, you can consume some allopath supplements like folic acids and vitamins etc.Applying honey over affected part will heal the ulcer. If you are having acidity, that has to be corrected well in time. You can consume Liv 52, Aloevera Juice can be consumed.

Consume any rasayanas which are helpful to maintain proper body function.
