How to gain weight Hi,

i am 28 yr & my weight is only 56 kg .i am eating properly healthy food but my body is building . pl suggest .

There are many simple ways to improve weight which is easier. If there is any underlying diseases, that should be ruled out. Because, if there is any infections in body, there may be weight reduction.
